Sorry to let you know that a part of our VPS infrastructure, unfortunately, including our billing system and backups had been compromised. Customer data and account details had not been leaked and are safe. Dedicated servers were not affected.
Most of the VPS servers (about 90%) are back online, shared hosting accounts in progress.
As our billing system and backups were also relying on vmware tech, we are asking you to create new customer accounts in our system. This is true for all customers, including dedicated, vps and shared hosting clients.
